Ottroo queries multiple sources at once:
- Fellow businesses in the automotive sector with idle stock;
- Specialist platforms for used and refurbished parts;
- Dismantlers and vehicle recyclers with quality reused parts.
Step 3 — Local first
Results are sorted by distance: what's close by shows up first. That means faster collection, shorter transport and lower logistics costs. If a part isn't available locally, the search automatically expands to the region, Belgium, the Benelux and Europe.
Step 4 — Transparent information
For every part you see condition, origin, distance and source. You decide based on facts, not a phone call — so you know exactly what to expect before making contact.

Does Ottroo hold the money or the part at any point?

What if a listing turns out to be wrong or already sold?
You will find out in the same phone call you would have made anyway, only much earlier in the process. Because the listing shows condition, origin and OEM number up front, the mismatches that today only surface on delivery surface before you commit.
Do I need to change how my workshop already works?
