Data collected automatically via Google Analytics (only with consent): anonymised IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring URL.
Technical server log data for security and debugging.
3. Why do we process this data?
To answer your question, demo request or sign-up (performance of a (pre-)contractual relationship).
To inform you about the launch of Ottroo (consent, revocable at any time via the unsubscribe link).
To improve the operation, security and usability of the website (legitimate interest and/or consent for analytics).
To comply with legal obligations.
4. How long do we keep your data?
Contact details from lead forms: maximum 24 months after the last interaction, unless legal retention periods require longer.
Newsletter sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.
Analytics data: maximum 14 months (Google Analytics default).
5. With whom do we share your data?
Our processors: hosting provider, email provider, Google Analytics (anonymised). We have a data processing agreement with each.
We never sell your data to third parties.
For international transfers (e.g. Google), we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the site, which do not require consent.
Analytical cookies (Google Analytics) are only placed after your consent via our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the 'Cookie settings' link at the bottom of the page.
